Do you accept custom jewelry orders, if so, where do I inquire?

As of right now, I am working on my own personal collections. However, I am more than happy to continue to make one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry that fits your own, distinct personality; This is why I started making jewelry in the first place! Custom orders will take 3-6 weeks before shipping and will start at $150 depending on style and intricacy.  This may vary according to the high demand for orders. 

To make a custom order request, simply go to the contact section of this website and fill out the "Special Orders or Comments" box and send! I will respond as promptly as possible.

 

I'm allergic to nickel. What type of metal do you use in your ear hooks?

For hypoallergenic purposes, I use sterling silver, black niobium, and 22k gold fill ear wires. 

 

Returns/refunds:

I do not accept returns or refunds. Being a small business, we cannot afford to make two orders for the price of one so all sales are final. Each piece is individually made and often made-to-order just for you, so please be sure you love the piece before purchasing. Items/designs will vary due to the nature of being handmade. If you are very unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I can make exceptions to the individual circumstance. Shipping costs for an exchange or price differences will be covered by the customer unless an error was made on my part. By purchasing from Weave Gold, you are agreeing to these terms. 

 

Made to order items/production time:

Please allow a range of 3-8 weeks for made-to-order items. This time frame is flexible due to busier times of the year. Weave Gold is a one woman show and I can only make what these two hands are capable of. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing to ensure desired arrival.  Refunds will not be given due to readers errors on listings. By purchasing from Weave Gold, you are agreeing to these terms. 

 

Shipping: 

Weave Gold ships with USPS and all domestic orders are shipped with your option of First Class or Priority Mail. If you would like an earlier delivery method, please contact me. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delivery delays or mishaps. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may arise.

Will you replace a lost earring?

I am happy to replace a lost earring for half the cost of the original full price. I recommend you ship the lone earring so I can match the pattern exactly. Shipping costs for a replacement will be covered by the customer. To prevent the loss of an earring, please always wear the rubber backs provided with your order. 

Jewelry Care:

When storing, either hang your earrings or lay them flat with strands straightened. Thread has memory and will remain in the position it's stored in. Avoid contact with liquids, extreme temperatures, humidity, and sharp objects. Improper storage or care can lead to crinkled or broken strands. Store in a safe, clean, and dry location. Always handle with clean hands.
