Do you accept custom jewelry orders?
If so, how do I inquire?
As of right now, I am working on my own personal collections. However, I am more than happy to continue to make one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry that fits your own, distinct personality; This is why I started making jewelry in the first place! Custom orders will take 3-6 weeks before shipping and will start at $150 depending on style and intricacy. This may vary according to the high demand for orders.
To make a custom order request, simply go to the contact section of this website and fill out the "Special Orders or Comments" box and send! I will respond as promptly as possible.
I'm allergic to nickel. What type of metal do you use in your ear hooks?
For hypoallergenic purposes, I use sterling silver, 14 solid gold, and 22k gold fill ear wires and posts. Options will be available on each listing.
Will you replace a lost earring?
I am happy to replace a lost earring for half the cost of the original full price. I recommend you ship the lone earring so I can match the pattern exactly. Shipping costs for a replacement will be covered by the customer. To prevent the loss of an earring, please always wear the rubber or metal backs provided with your order.
